Saurus Select Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant and sophisticated Argentine red wine with a full-bodied yet approachable character. On the nose, it reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, black pepper, and spices, creating a refined and expressive profile. 

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using enzymes and selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is carried out 50% in tanks spontaneously and 50% in barrels with inoculation. For aging, 50% of the wine spends 12 months in medium and medium-plus toasted French and American oak barrels, while the remaining 50% is kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fruity character. 

Saurus Select Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent choice for an asado gathering, a business meeting, personal enjoyment, a casual gift, or entertaining guests at home. It pairs particularly well with bife de chorizo, asado de tira, chivo, stews, and Bolognese sauce. Serve between 14–16°C and enjoy its potential to age for 3 to 5 years.
