Shipping & Import Information
At Mosto Wine Store, our goal is to make the experience of enjoying Argentine wine as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To ensure transparency, please review the following terms regarding shipping and import responsibilities:
Shipping to the United States
We currently ship exclusively to the United States, and all orders are dispatched from Argentina. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Please note that, in some cases, there may be additional delays due to the difficulty of obtaining specific shipping labels required for certain shipments. If this happens, we will contact you directly to keep you informed about your order status.
Handling Fee for Alcoholic Beverages
All orders containing alcoholic beverages include a fixed handling fee. This fee is automatically added to the order and is charged once per order, regardless of the number of bottles purchased.
Import Responsibilities
For deliveries to the United States, the recipient of the shipment is considered the importer of record. This means that any additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees may be the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- These charges may be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.
- Refusal to pay such charges may result in the order being returned or disposed of by customs, and in such cases, we will not issue refunds once the shipment is already in transit.
We kindly recommend checking with your local customs office for more details about applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.
