At Mosto Wine Store, we take pride in carefully selecting and shipping our wines to customers worldwide. Please note that, due to the nature of international wine shipments, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with any issue, we will take full responsibility and work with you to provide a suitable solution.

If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mostowinestore.com with your order number and details, including photos of the issue.

Any exceptions to this policy must be authorized by our team in writing. In the rare case that a return is approved, please note that the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any applicable import duties or return tariffs.
