Serie A Malbec Zuccardi: A Symphony of Mendoza's Finest Flavors

This exceptional Malbec, crafted by the renowned Zuccardi Family, showcases the elegance and tradition of Argentine winemaking. Sourced from the finest vineyards in La Consulta, Vista Flores, and Agrelo, Mendoza, it embodies the richness of its terroir and the meticulous craftsmanship behind its production.

With an intense and vibrant purple-red color, this wine captivates at first glance. On the nose, it reveals aromas of ripe plums and cherries, layered with hints of black pepper, tobacco, chocolate, cherry liqueur, and subtle spices, offering a bold yet sophisticated bouquet. The palate is treated to a smooth, velvety entry, supported by firm tannins that provide balance and structure, culminating in a juicy and lingering finish.

The production process reflects Zuccardi’s dedication to quality. The grapes are carefully selected, destemmed, and subjected to cold maceration for 7 days, followed by a 20-day fermentation with daily pumping over and delestage. Seventy percent of the wine is aged in oak barrels (first, second, and third use) for 10 months, achieving a seamless harmony of fruit and oak.

Perfect for pairing with Michelin-level cuisine, this Malbec complements dishes such as Texas-style smoked short ribs, seared wagyu beef with truffle jus, or duck breast with blackberry gastrique. For an elevated experience, pair it with braised bison osso buco or Colorado lamb loin with herb crust and parsnip purée.

Each glass offers a taste of Mendoza’s essence, making it an ideal choice for connoisseurs seeking a refined and memorable wine experience.
