Rutini Antología LXI: A Wine That Transcends Time and Tradition
The Rutini Antología LXI is a 100% Pinot Noir made from grapes sourced from one of Argentina’s most prestigious vineyards, El Cepillo. Under the guidance of renowned winemaker Lic. Mariano Di Paola, this wine is a showcase of viticultural mastery and the perfect adaptation of Pinot Noir to the Argentine terroir. With 14 months of aging in French oak, this wine has a 20-year aging potential, ensuring a fascinating evolution over time.
In the glass, it presents a medium-intensity garnet red color, displaying the typical nuances of the variety. On the nose, red fruit dominates, with strawberry and cherry, accompanied by a spicy and floral touch, characteristic of the vineyard. On the palate, the fruity flavors are interwoven with white chocolate notes, offering a balanced, elegant experience and a delicate, persistent finish.
This wine pairs beautifully with haute cuisine dishes, such as Confit duck with orange sauce and caramelized onions, or Oven-roasted salmon with mustard and herb crust, served with a quinoa salad, avocado, and red onions. It also shines alongside a Grilled beef fillet with truffle mash and fresh asparagus, or a Tuna tartare with avocado and pickled onions, dishes typical of Michelin-starred restaurants in the USA.
Rutini Antología LXI is the Pinot Noir every special occasion deserves.
