Domaine Nico Cousines et Cousins: A Different Side of Argentine Pinot Noir

Domaine Nico Cousines et Cousins Pinot Noir in a Mendoza landscape

Argentina is famous for Malbec, but Pinot Noir offers another way to explore Mendoza. Domaine Nico focuses on the grape parcel by parcel in the Uco Valley, looking for the character of each place.

The story behind Domaine Nico

Laura Catena created Domaine Nico to explore Argentine Pinot Noir through different vineyards and Dijon clones. The project is named for her daughter Nicola, a nod to the Catena family’s history in wine. Cousines et Cousins carries that curiosity into a single-parcel bottling from Cordón El Cepillo in San Carlos.
